We're off to a colorful start in the Liberty Art Studio! All grade levels were welcomed back to school with a unit on COLOR! We learned about color families and the science behind color mixing. All grade levels enjoyed creating monochromatic self-portraits using a fun, crayon-resist process.

Thank you to our awesome Liberty PTA for running the Square 1 Art Fundraiser again this year! All students have been hard at work creating works of art inspired by many artists including Vassily Kandinsky, Linda Kranz, Vincent Van Gogh, Mary Blair, Pablo Picasso and Romero Britto, to name a few! Look out for order brochures arriving next month!
